Thanks for Wrecking Belize

This week marks two years since 25 incompetent UDP fools were elected to office headed by Dean ‘Zero Bembe’ Barrow. It has been two long years of mismanagement, corruption and failure of this UDP government, a government that promised a different Belize. Barrow and the UDP promised a Belize where the most glowing and golden of possibilities would turn into realities, guess what? It’s not flipping so!

The UDP is good at self-masturbation, taking credit for all projects negotiated under the previous government. The tilapia Minister is ready to smile for Fortunato’s camera and take credit for the Social Investment Fund projects. The clueless fish minister is so dumb that he doesn’t realize that those projects were negotiated thanks to the good work of the previous administration. Then the barefoot so called “son of the soil” and the always drunk Mayor of San Pedro are always ready to cut ribbon for the cobblestone project in San Pedro, both knocking their chests claiming that it is their project. Nonsense! Let’s set the record straight once and for all – the monies used for the cobblestone project in La Isla Bonita came as a grant also negotiated by the previous government. Then businesses donated big checks to the Mayor (no account given by the Mayor) so that the cobblestone project would continue. Then comes Gapi Beggar the land grabber – he is no less a fool than any in the UDP and more a fool than some. He claims that under his watch the Lands Department is under control. Fool di talk Gapi, but da no fool di listen! We all know how that department is making Gapi, his chosen few (include Montero here) and Gapi’s family rich. Next in line comes the escort of all the fools, the 360 degree Police Minister. He, Perdomo, claims that crime under his watch has gone down.  Hahahahahaha! Is he living in Belize? In the words of Mayor Paz the upstart one, “Perdomo is living in a world of his own and smoking it green.”

Then the electrician turned Health Minister; in Corozal they call him “Dos Mujeres un Camino.” Pablo has brought disgrace to the health system. Get this – Belizeans thought that former UDP Health Minister in Orange Walk Ruben Scampos was bad; Pablo beat the man to the race. Then the one in Toledo, the contraband Minister, he claims that he knows nothing about the fool his government is doing in the national parks down south. Guess what, Finnegan went on record to call his Cabinet colleague “a liar.”

Speaking about Finnegan, remember the bukut you used to talk about in the House of Representatives? Hmmmm! Belizeans are taking that bukut without mercy. That bukut is getting bigger by the second. Remember Patrick she used to put on her drama queen dress and in the name of “the poor people,” chastise the former government. Where is the drama queen now? Looks like she still in hiding from the teachers and the Belizean public. Wait man, we noh ready fi juk u outa da cave yet. Talking about cave and stuff; the caveman looking Minister Elrington would not accept our border line is as REAL as the critical conditions Belizeans are facing.

Two years ago the UDP promised Belizeans that if elected, utilities would go down. The UDP promised that if elected, they would bring down the cost of living “no matta what!” The UDP promised that there would be ZERO (as in Barrow’s middle name) corruption under their watch. The UDP promised that under their watch Belizeans would be able to enjoy a better quality of life. The UDP promised that they would create more jobs, more opportunity for education and improve the infrastructure of this country.

After two years in office, the UDP has landed us on the reef. The only one with a better quality of life is the Royal Barrow Family (include rejected Lice). Never before has Belize seen the cost of living so high. Rice has gone up and so have sugar, beans, flour and even more so fuel. The Barrow administration ruined the Corozal Free Zone, stressing out investors and driving them out of Belize. As for our infrastructure, never before has our streets, highways, cities and towns been in such a deplorable condition. Fonso talk about the UDP is not to be blamed for the increase in poverty. It doesn’t matter in which way, shape or form you, the UDP and the PM put it. Barrow and his government are responsible for all the factors that contributed to the increase in poverty.

What the UDP and the PM did not realize is that Belmopan was made for people with BOLAS. You cannot have a bunch of fools running a government. Belmopan was made for REAL MAN. The worse part of everything is that Belizeans gambled five precious years of Belize’s future; five years that will go down as the worse of the worst. The good part of everything is that Belizeans only have a few months to start striking out the UDP. Village Council elections will give Barrow and his government STRIKE ONE. For this week, I say congrats for wrecking Belize! Congrats for making more Belizeans poor. Congrats for having Belizean suffering! Congrats for making the lives of ordinary Belizeans miserable. Thanks for wrecking Belize. Thanks for nothing.
