Mr. Borrow
Mr. Borrow you make we full of sorrow
You spike the taxes, there is no tomorrow
You have shown you lack leader ability
Yours is a poor performance capability
Two years ago you promise lowering GST
Now you cram a raise despite our plea
And you will borrow monies locally
Changed the laws to make it legally
You promised 1000 homes for the poor
You wanted our vote, it was just a lure
Of 5,000 jobs you made the assurance
Many lost their job, you had us in trance
Food \
Will become more expensive
Hardship will become extensive
Electricity shall hike
Mr. Borrow you di strike
Now you come with handouts
Of this we have our doubts
Guess for your chosen few
Shall be the honeydew
Lawd you behave so bad Mr. Borrow
You temper get so narrow
Effrontery shows lack of respects
You di take shame make vex
You talk bad about sick people
You would put a bell on his neck
Because he got his nose in a wreck
Man, you no got no principle
An apology to sick people is due
But I guess you feel no remorse
Respect was never in you imbued
Thenceforth words so vile and coarse
Leaders govern by example
Kids at home follow your trample
A flagrant disrespect for fellow men
Is what our children see again and again
If Government leaders would stop the hustle
That alone would slow down criminal bustle
If minista di tief, everybody want e piece a beef
If prime minista di cuss, kids will follow course
Get the sense Mr. Borrow
We want a better tomorrow
But you and your cabinet
Are Belize’s worse threat…
Edmund “Hoghead” Castro
He hog up the cable, he hog the bus lines, he hog the heavy equipment contracts, he hog the tilapia, he hog up the plantain, he got the land, the housing contracts and so much more… hoghead hogged up all.
It ain’t no message, just a reflection of your self
It ain’t no threat, it just a simple hog head to remind all of your mean and gluttonous ways…
-You got the hog- just like so much more than your due share…
Guess you cooked it. You hogged it too.
Bon apetit.
