Ferguson was taken to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was x-rayed and treated for his wounds. His head was heavily bandaged.

The altercation took place on his birthday.

Today he appeared in the #3 Magistrate’s Court and pleaded guilty to theft of the 2 body washes. Because it was believed that he had no previous conviction Magistrate Sherigne Rodriguez fined him $200 and gave him until December 30 to pay in default, 2 months imprisonment.

After she fined him she told him he was free to leave and Ferguson left. But he only got as far as holding cell area.
