Its a shame that the world has more guns and lethal weapons than food and jobs .Belize is just one small country that is effected by all the other governments of this world. Police men in Belize are not properly trained, nor by far have the correct tools to conquer the thugs that is clearly equipped with better arsenal than them.

Carlton, are you kidding? There is complete chaos and lawlessness in the streets of Belize; look at the mayhem that happened just over the weekend a spate of shooting; 5 people including an 8 year old got shot up right in an alley and countless more senselessness; complete societal breakdown is taking place; people are frustrated; the police lost complete credibility no one have respect for them not even the law abiding citizens. I truly hoped that UDP would have done better, but they seem inexperienced; not only does the proverbial head don’t know what the body is doing, but it seems that not any other part of the body seems to know what any other part of the body is doing. The PM, come on guy; is just clueless or simply do not care; Barrow is too busy dealing with ‘politics’ and not reality…but this isn’t politics anymore this is choas and real people; real families et al are getting destroyed. We did not see this madness under PUP, whether you want to admit that or not, that is a fact. And we have an (un)official Police Death Squad no mek no ghost fool you; Police Death Squads have existed in neighboring countries and all over the world for quite some time; Honduras, for example, formed theirs when the MS-13 gang got out of control; the cops in Belize are now judge, jury and executionor.

I want to extend my sincere thanks an appreciation to the FFB: the president Dr. B chimilio and his crew, Mr Phillip marin, the Dangriga community especially the parents of the footballers, fans and Belize as a country for effortless, wonderful support of the Dangriga Enseni U-16 football team-National champs 2009-2010.
This competition paves a way to the future of Belize’ football growth.
Congratulations to all my players, coaching staff and to the fans.

The Belize police force and the Belize government should be ashamed of themselves, no one have confidence in the government.

The entire world is going through hard times we all have to tightened our belts and become more creative. There is no one person that can claim they have all the solutions to our problems. So we must come together and try to solve these problems. To Mr. Rick Hofacker while you are there listening to FOX ‘ s opinionated broadcast shows. Note: not News because they are part of the News. They are not a model of a News source that you should try to impart on my countrymen. Mr. Rick Hofacker, The collapse of the banking industry came about because of the greed of the banks the Republican party that you are advocating int his piece, MASSIVE DEREGULATION . Something that you republicans are always advocating. With respect to your gripe with Obama, You appear to be one of the birthers who is still upset over the election of a black man as president of these united states. Let’s put things in there proper perpecrive. Two wars not paid for, one of them unnescessary. Two tax cuts for the wealthy, not paid for. Prescription drug progaram, not paid for. Two hundred billion dollar buget surplus Clinton handed to Bush. Bush then gave it to his rich republican freinds in tax cuts. All this was done by BUSH and the REPUBLICAN PARTY. So while you are reaching out to my people characterizing the average JOE rhetoric, rest assured that the republican party have NEVER done anything for the JOE’s. Presently they are trying block REGULATION of the insurance companies in an attempt to protect their profits at the expence of the JOE’s. Thats right Mr Rick Hofacker the JOE’s . Insurance reform Mr. Rick is about the JOE’s, so don’t go shooting off your mouth I am living PROOF of it. Never get your information from a source that makes the NEWS Mr. Rick Hofacker. Go to a source that REPORTs the news. I hope this serves to clear up that JUNK you try to unload on my people.

I love Guinea Grass, it is my home village and will never leave unless definetely I have to. It is indeed a fast growing village. The culture here is very interesting as there is a mixture of creole, mestizo, garifuna, menonite, chinese, maya, kekchi and others. What I certainly believe is that politics has divided our community since times immemorial. I also believe that the community is changing in an interesting manner as today we have a good percentage of our youths in high schools, sixth forms, university and definetely a number are in foreign universities studying for medics, engineers, architechts and a number of other careers. Very soon Guinea Grass will be a powerhouse in terms of well educated youths and this will change the course of our village. Long live Guinea Grass and not “Guinea and Grass” (this is being thought by negative minded persons)

i think that enough is enough! we Belizeans are suffering the bad mad decision of the GOB. That 1.5 million dollar could easily have bought 750 laptops costing each at $2000 for poor high school students that excel in school. If you walk the street of Belize City, you will hear the frustration and anger that is continuously building among the grassroots Belizeans. The society is like a volcano because when the angers has reach a high degree, people will seek justice against the very politicians that are destroying the Jewel. I hope Dean Barrow gets this that people are looking at his growing fortune that belongs to the poor people of Belize. DEAN BARROW, hope you read this, done be surprised if there emerges a contemporary Robin Hood….the criminals will stop targeting other poors and will eventually target people with money….this will make you realize the grave situation in Belize….don’t wish it occurs but you Mr. Prime Minister and your government are contributing to this path in the near future..trust me….i know what i am talking about
